Live in Rhythm Welcome

What would it mean for you
to live in rhythm?

Live in Rhythm Welcome

What would it mean for you
to live in rhythm?

When we live in rhythm we are living in tune with our truth, in tune with the environment around us, in tune with the changing seasons, in tune with the cycles of the moon, in tune with our heart, in tune with our soul, and in tune with the whispers of our inner knowing.

~ Could you use a safe space and open ear to sort through and gain clarity on different aspects of your life?

~ Are you feeling confused or conflicted by different dietary philosophies

~ Do you desire deeper self-care, but feel overwhelmed with which strategies to incorporate and when?

~ Would you like to shed excess weight, but don’t want to count calories, eliminate carbs, or feel deprived?

~ Do you have a health concern or symptom that persists, despite your attempts to “fix” it?

~ Have you been wanting to cultivate a consistent meditation, yoga, or spiritual practice?

~ Do you yearn to release distraction, uncertainty, and stress that’s keeping you from living in alignment with your highest values?

If you’ve been contemplating any of these questions, I want you to know that there is no one “right” answer or approach. However, there are answers and strategies that are just right for you!

Your soul knows the geography of your destiny. Your soul alone has the map of your future, therefore you can trust this indirect, oblique side of yourself. If you do, it will take you where you need to go, but more important it will teach you a kindness of rhythm in your journey.”

-John O’Donahue, Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom

Why are we disconnected from our inner knowing?

Offerings

Why are we disconnected from our inner knowing?

Our inner voice often gets drowned out by the distractions and stresses of the modern world. . .

Devices, screens, negative news, little sleep, low-quality food, eating on the run, skipping meals, disorganization, lack of true connection, too much caffeine, too little water, toxins, overly intense exercise, disconnection from the natural world, never-ending to do lists, over-working, and unfulfilling tasks, etc. can wreak havoc on our sensitive hearts and nervous systems.

We are often left feeling disconnected from ourselves as we feel the residual effects of the above stressors.

What are some of the counterpoints to these destabilizing habits, overwhelm, and swirl of confusion?

~ Ritual

~ Stillness

~ Inquiry

Ritual, stillness, and inquiry give us access to the essence of our true Self and our sacred inner knowing.

When we can offer ourselves compassionate presence and understanding we have access to the truth dwelling within us. Rather than exhaustively searching outside of ourselves, we can find the answers we’re seeking through self-inquiry, self-awareness, and self-love.

Though we may often feel fragmented, the truth is that we are already whole

We are already whole despite our uncomfortable symptoms, unwanted behaviors, unhealthy habits, disempowering stories, and limiting beliefs.

It is her deep sense of knowing another human and intuitive nature that made some of our sessions feel like a “massage to the soul.”  I am so grateful to Kerrie, for her gentle push that has carried me towards a freer, clearer way of existing.
— Laura K.
